This Privacy Policy explains how Black Ads Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit blackadsagency.com, contact us or use our services. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

- Client information: when you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver the service, such as campaign details, ad account access you choose to share, invoices and payment records.
- Usage data: when you browse the site we collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and time spent on the site.
- Security data: our firewall and anti-spam tools log IP addresses and request details to protect the site from attacks and spam.

- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Client and contract records: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as long as required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tools, normally no longer than 14 months.
- Security logs: for a short period needed to protect the site.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page or by phone. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro, or with the data protection authority in your country.
9. How we protect your data
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, a web application firewall, access controls and regular backups to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
